Did Sweaty Sunday yesterday. MY ARMS HUUURRT. And my legs be sore. Feels good, man. -w-

I AM SO PLOOPING OUT OF SHAPE. AHH.

I just did jump rope cardio and ab stuff and now all I wanna do is take a nap. Dammit. T_T

Since I need cardio and I hate running, I will revert to my five year old self. And jumo rope. Whut now, fucker.

I forgot how much I fucking love supersets… 

You burn through one lift, then (WITH NO BREAK) blast the SAME muscle group again with another lift. 

Umf. So much ow… So amazing.

Considering I shattered bones in my wrist this has been going slow but I’ll start properly again when it’s healed :)

Starting my bonus week of lifting before the “rest week”

I can totally do this.

Just wrote up a weekly workout regiment I will be following.

Started the week with Sunday cause of reasons. SO. Here is what I will be doing shortly after I post this. :]

  • 30 min cardio ; jumping jacks, jump rope, jog, biking, or high knees.
  • 15 min core ; side plank dip x15, advanced plank 10 seconds, the wiggle (lol) x20, criss cross x20
  • 10 min butt ; karate kick x20 each side, squats x30, wall sits 45 seconds each.
  • 15 min yoga ; whatever position.

SO. Yeah. I have something like this written up for everyday in my handy dandy notebook. Here’s to keeping up with what I have set for myself. I also wrote down a bunch of food options for meals and whatnot. Should be good. Once I get more money. :/ I hate not having money. Seriously. T_T
